HHS Standards of Conduct
In addition to the organization-wide standards of conduct, each agency may adopt additional standards of conduct to meet its needs. The organization-wide standards of conduct and work rules are minimum requirements, and are not all-inclusive. Employees who work in areas with additional requirements (for example, counseling or internal auditing) must also abide by applicable professional requirements.
When attempting to resolve concerns related to standards of conduct, work rules, or conflicts of interest, employees are encouraged to address their concerns to their management chain.
