What I Do

I lead a team that determines Medicaid eligibility for children referred from the Children's Health Insurance Program. Our call center processes an average of 9,000 applications monthly. We use a specialized data inquiry system to verify clients' household, resource and income information. Attendants answer calls from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
